Sustainable Food Institute of America is the non-profit organization born from the work of Beyond Green Partners.

We are coaches.

Our coaching model empowers foodservice staff with the skills and tools to implement scratch-cooking programs featuring fresh and local ingredients.

    We understand that change is hard. In order to effect change, strong leadership at every level of the organization is essential. That’s where we come in.

    Scratch Cooking

    Scratch cooking means cooking meals that incorporate whole, fresh ingredients, rather than processed meals and meal components.

    In order to maintain a cost-neutral program, we implement systems for measuring and tracking overproduction waste to control food and labor costs.
